Mentoring Programs

Fades for Grades

Fades for Grades (FFG's) is a progressive, proactive and passionate mentoring program that exposes young at-risk males in a barbershop setting, to positive role models and alternative lifestyles. FFG encourages young males to remain in school and set positive goals for their adult lives while rewarding them with fresh fades for improved behavior and grades.

Similar to Fades for Grades, Polish focuses on our young ladies.  Polish is a disguised mentoring program designed to encourage young females to strive for excellence in all areas of life.  The program offers a safe place for girls to express themselves and explore new ideas in a "nail shop" setting rewarding them with manicures for improved behaviors, good grades and reaching their goals.
